Avinet Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the AviNet mobile application (the "App").
Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using the App.
Use of the App
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Conduct
- You agree not to use the App to upload, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- You agree not to engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the App or its associated services.
Intellectual Property
- All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are our property and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the App without prior written consent from us.
Limitation of Liability
- We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App or its services.
- We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We do, however, assure you that it is our priority to reduce the number of bugs and any interruptions you might experience and to follow best practices relating to security to the best of our collective abilities.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for violating these Terms of Service.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes through the App or via email.
